Ticket Buyers
First, try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Search for "Bloom Events" in your inbox
- Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout
Still missing it? Email us at admin@bloomgh.com with:
- Your full name
- Event name
- Payment reference
- Email used during purchase
We'll resend your ticket.
For
Event Organizers
To create and manage events:
- Sign in to your dashboard
- Complete organization verification
- Create your event
- Add tickets
- Publish
If verification is pending, please allow up to 48 hours.
For
Scan Agents
Ensure:
- You are using the correct scanner portal/app
- Username and 6-digit PIN are correct
- Your access window has not expired
If your session expires, log in again.
Security
& Privacy
Bloom Events:
- Does not sell user data
- Does not store card details
- Uses encrypted connections
- Complies with applicable data protection laws
