  • Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout

Still missing it? Email us at admin@bloomgh.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Event name
  • Payment reference
  • Email used during purchase

We'll resend your ticket.

Event Organizers

To create and manage events:

  1. Sign in to your dashboard
  2. Complete organization verification
  3. Create your event
  4. Add tickets
  5. Publish

If verification is pending, please allow up to 48 hours.

For

Scan Agents

Ensure:

  • You are using the correct scanner portal/app
  • Username and 6-digit PIN are correct
  • Your access window has not expired

If your session expires, log in again.

Bloom Events:

  • Does not sell user data
  • Does not store card details
  • Uses encrypted connections
  • Complies with applicable data protection laws
